తెలంగాణలో రుతుపవనాలు ప్రవేశించి నెలన్నర రోజులు దాటుతున్నప్పటికీ సరైన స్థాయిలో వర్షాలు కురవడం లేదు. ముఖ్యంగా దక్షిణ, మధ్య తెలంగాణ సరైన స్థాయిలో వర్షాలు కురవలేదు. ప్రస్తుతం రాష్ట్రంలో లోటు వర్షపాతం కొనసాగుతోంది. రుతు పవనాలు మందకొండిగా ఉన్నాయని.. బంగాళాఖాతంలో అల్పపీడనం ఏర్పడితే తప్పా భారీ వర్షాలు కురిసే అవకాశం లేదన్నారు. తెలంగాణలో ఉత్తర జిల్లాల్లో కొద్ది పాటి వర్షాలు కురిశాయి.
వచ్చే మూడు రోజులు పలు జిల్లాల్లో తేలికపాటి నుంచి మోస్తరు వర్షాలు కురుస్తాయని అంచనా వేస్తున్నారు. జూలై 14 వరకు రాష్ట్రంలో పరిస్థితి ఇలాగే ఉంటుందని చెబుతున్నారు. ఆ తర్వాత పరిస్థితి మారే అవకాశం ఉందని భావిస్తున్నారు. అటు ఏపీలో రాయలసీమలో సరైన స్థాయిలో వర్షాలు కురవడం లేదు.
